IE 6 Personal Button Missing!

Geez, went through all the trouble of installing IE6 (I know, beta) and was looking foreward to some new featurs such as the personal button on the toolbar next to the home button but it does not exist! Help!! What should I do to activate this feature?? Did I mess up the install? any help would be extremely appreciated!

More info:My personal bar does not exist along with the double chevron button that is supposed to be there according to the help section. Whats up with this?
