IE 6.0 and java script problems

ever since i downloaded that bear-share program it corrupted my laptop.

i use IE 6.0 and now i cant login to websites that use javascripts (i.e.:hotmail). i get the error message that says please check to see if your javascript is enabled (and it is!). i tried to reinstall IE 6.0 and the same problem persists.

any ideas how to fix this?
