IE 5.5 sluggishness???

Anyone else have this problem?

On some sites (this one as a matter of fact), when browsing speed is fine but if I hit the BACK button, it can take up to 5 seconds for the page to appear! I've fooled with the cache settings with no real change! It's annoying as mosquitoes in Assateague! 🙂

Yes, IE 5.5 is more buggy than 5.01.

I'm using IE 5.01 which IMHO is the best.

I use IE5. I think it loads pages much quicker than 5.5. Only problem is it can be unstable at times.

Boss had us upgrade to 5.5 at work. It really sucked..and was incredibly unstable + slow so we put 5.1 on. It seems to be the best.

I.E 5.5 has server me good
people that complaint I.E 5.5 should try netscaped(latest version)
then tell me what's slow

5.5 sucks! I upgraded to it and pages would load really slow, or sometimes not load at all. Format solved all problems.
