IE 5.5 question...

I just upgraded to IE 5.5, from 5.01, using the Microsoft CD-ROM. Now I can only open a maximum of 2 windows using the right-click, "Open frame in new window" command. I can open as amny as I want using the Ctrl-N command though. Is this a known issue or is there just something incorrect in my install? I'm running Windows 98 first edition also. Thanks...
