ie 5.5 gives dns lookup error

Wondering if anyone having a similiar problems. I have win2k with ie 5.5, but it keeps giving me dns lookup error. It works for a while then problem occur on the next click. I know it is not the network connection problem because on the another machine I have ie 5.0 (sp1 & win2k) and it works just fine. Nothing working with this machine either because I could ping pretty much anywhere. My solution so far is to uninstall ie 5.5 and use ie 5.0. Just wondering if this is a know problem with know solution. Thanks.

There is a newer version of IE 5.5 that just came out and may correct your problems.
