idle/load cpu temps?

I have an AMD64 3000+ and was wondering what temperatures would be approaching harmful...

i've googled a couple things and found that 70ish degrees C is usually pushing it. Is that figure fairly correct from your person experiences/knowledge?

ATM, i run 43C idle, not sure about load, which i'll have to check out later.
