I get an email saying:

I want to pay for this, but want it sent via usps with just stamps. Please re-invoice. Rick

I clearly stated my shipping policies in the auction. If he keeps complaining and doesn't pay my shipping, what are my options as far as getting a neg in return for filing a DNP?
