Hamlin man accused of harassing police, claims he's too smart to get caught
Cory Dodson, 25, is accused of making harassing phone calls to state police on February 25 and 26.
According to state police, Dodson said he and his friends were out riding stolen ATVs and that they wouldn't be caught, because they were way too smart and were calling from an untraceable cell phone.
He reportedly called state police six more times and even threatened a trooper that he would shoot him in the head.
Dotson was arrested in Brockport after police traced his cell phone.
