Identifying Modem?

I have a pci modem card and can't find the driver for it, mostly because I don't know where to look. It has a chip on it that says Lucent 1646T00, rea12, 9916s @96 Lucent. A couple of stickers on it. One sticker says I56LVP-F1 with the serial number under it. Can someone help me with this

Try here at least the generic driver may work. Check out the list of manufacturers that use the lucent chipset. Somewhere there is a site that identifies manufacturers from thier fcc id number on the board.

Demon-Xanth is correct. the modem is manufactured by Lectron from Taiwan. You can go to the
