D 700 A S T 1 B

Family/Architecture: D = AMD Duron? Processor Model 3 Architecture
Speed:550=550 MHz, 600=600 MHz, 650=650 MHz,
700=700 MHz, etc.
Package Type: M = Card Module, A = PGA
Operating Voltage: S = 1.5V, U = 1.6V, P = 1.7V, N = 1.8V
Case Temperature: Q=60ºC, X=65ºC, R = 70°C, Y=75ºC, T=90ºC
Size of L2 Cache: 1=64Kbytes, 2=128Kbytes
Max FSB: A = B = 200 MHz

This should help you out. Im not entirely sure about the lower numbers you listed though.

Heheh... OEM and Retail chips are not different as far as I know... The only difference is Retail comes in an AMD box with HS and 3yr warranty. And OEM comes with the chip.
