Identifying Component Manufacturers

Sometime back I had a link to identifying the manufacturer of kit via the numbers on the kit.
Like I had a modem which needed a flash upgrade and traced the modem to Taiwan and a manufacturer who
could provide the info and flash update. This was some years ago and I cannot find the link/method of tracing these numbers.
I now have a "Slocket" card bought from an auction and wish to find the "Shed in Taiwan" where it was conceived !
I feel certain that one of the numbers on the card will reveal its maker.
Any one remember the procedure please ?

Thanks for the reply.
The FCC site indicates that the manufacturer is not required to put an FCC identifier on the equiptment.
It has the CE FCC logo and they seem to be able to "self certify" the item as ok to use.
Marks on the card are two bar codes 752-04305-101-00 and 009120390500034
TW-5 RL the R and the L are joined and reversed image I am assuming this means Taiwan but
the legend Made in China is on the slocket
The figures 94V-o 9903 are also shown as is 1.0 (S1.2) which looks like a model and /or a revision number.

Thanks. Downloaded the program but it seems to be for kit already installed in the box.
Maybe I have missed the point?
