IDENTIFYING A RAM MODULE!

Hi,

I have a RAM module and I cannot remember what brand it is. The chip has DRTEC all over it and the only sticker on it says: 512M SD PC133
0201M

Anyone know what brand this is? Or have any idea how I can figure it out?

Not currently running.

I build at least two systems a year and have spare parts everywhere. Time to have a huge clear out and list it all for sale, but it is hard to list it if I dont remember what brand it is.
