Identify that sound

So recently my 02 corolla has started to make a squeaking sound from the rear right wheel area. At first I just thought it was the brakes, maybe still is. The weird thing is the sound will also happen whenever I move the steering wheel left even just slightly. This is when I'm not applying pressure to the brakes. Could this be something else?

pull the e brake up really hard and repeat a couple of times. Just to make sure its not that but could be a rear sway bar bushing?

Is this just turning/moving the wheel on a smooth flat road or is it over bumps.

This is over a flat surface and it seems like it does it more when going down hill. Haven't really tried it uphill yet.
