Identify my CPU Cache and Mem Module Please

Hey guys...

i am starting to get into overclockin and figured i rip apart my case on my 8 month old athlon slot A 700mhz CPU

after taking the backin plate off i took not of some stuff....

CPU Core 800mhz!!! COOL!!!
heres the marking "K7800CRRBBA"

on the outter case it reads "AMD-k7700MTR51B" under it "230014599701"

where can i find a decode chart for this?

Oh an i took not of the Cache:
it reads: NEC
D432937GF-A29-H
sounds like 2.9ns cache to me....
what does this calculate to in terms of "mhz"
where can i find a site that decodes the cache?

Does this look like a good candidate for 1 ghz???

I am running a Asus k7v mobo and i analyzed my RAM mem module and took some notes
i though i bought generic ram when i built the computer....
Its a 128MB module with 8 chips on one side (sticker on one chip says PC-133, 128mb)
heres the marking on the MEM Module: MT 48LC16M8A2
Is this a Micron chip? (MT standing for Micron Technologies)
fastest i can get it is a 143mhz at 3-2-2 in the BIOS... is boots at 143mhz 2-2-2 but it reboots while doing the sandra memory benchmark

I would really liek to get this at 1ghz if possible....
i have already purchased a ALPHA P7125 w/Y.S. Tech Fans (would deltas be necessary??)
and lots of case mods (with the usual fan configurations) are soon to follow

i don't have any thermal grease yet...would radio shack make due or should i invest in some artic silver(seems like a rip off)

Look forward to waht u's all have to say

Rob
