Guys,
How does one idenify some old 72 pin SIMM's, re MB size of module? I have two double sided SIMM's that have the following identification on the chips: 9638 C USA MT4C4007JDJ-6 (16 chips on board). I know the MT means Micron Technology made the chips, but how do I determine the MB of the stick? The only identification on the stick itself is F12G4S4. Any suggestions or links to help identify these would be appreciated.
TIA,
Jeff
