Ideas on which cooling method to use

Hey there!

I have a 1GHz tbird (AXHA) that does 1333/1350 stable at 1.75 volts and oes about 37-40c under max load (rc5 all night). It will boot up at 1400/1417 and windows2000 will load just fine at 1.75 volts but as soon as I run rc5 and my temp reachs that 35-40c mark, my computer restarts.

I was wondering what would be the best way to cool my cpu down to about 30c when its under load? I thought about a peltier but I'm not sure what voltage I would need to do this or should I look into watercooling? If I get a peltier, I would be using a fop38 fan on it (with that lond fan) would this be ok for the temps I want to get?

Ideas? Comments? Suggestions? Anything?

May want to stay away from the peltier unless you are water cooling..may work, but that cpu and a peltier is a lot of heat..especially to rely on one cooling fan..
