Ideas on how to fix scratches GBA screen?

Recently upgraded my daughters Gameboy Advance to the SP version.

Being the good father I am I took ownership of her old one.
This thing has a lot of scratches on the screen (she is 10 y/o)
I tried Tooth paste and cd repair kits to try to repair the scratches but so far the scratches are still there.



Anyone have any solutions? I am pretty sure this is a common problem.

Radical ideas entertained fine sandpaper?

You can order a replacement screen direct from Nintendo.. It's a lot easier to replace than to repair.. Here's the link

yup, just get a replacement. its cheaper and quicker.

thanks for link and idea, cant view the site a this time as it is blocked by WEBSENSE.


I was hoping there was a home remedy. I am glad that there is a screen replacement available in case I mess up.

Anybody else have any quick fix suggestion
