Ideas for Anandtech merchandise? Keep adding your ideas...

This doesn't belong in forum issues does it? Hmmm, hope it's not a repost... I did a search for merchandise and Anandtech and scanned the first page quickly. Anyways, I was thinking, where is all this Anandtech merchandise we would all love to own? I thought, we surely have some design people here somewhere to create the designs and we might have people with the means to physically make the merch... so I thought Anandtech could sell them at X amount above the actual cost and then all the proceeds could go to either 1 or more charitable donations... as long as all/most Anandtechers would agree (maybe Dave McOwen defense? or something). Would you guys buy Anandtech merch?

- hats
- t-shirts (no not Y.A.F.T. this time )
- anandtech antenna balls
- license plate frames
- bumper stickers
- mugs

add on some more things guys. Some people might think why would I buy this junk and that it is pretty useless, but if they were cheap enough and if the profits went to donations, maybe more people would go for it? Is this just not feasible at this time or why don't we have any merch? Feedback?

How about a really big poster that pictures every piece of hardware that's been reviewed on Anandtech, like a collage of sorts? Sure, it would take a little effort in putting it together, but I think the result would be impressive and would attract fellow geeks to your cubicle like flies to garbage.

This has been discussed at length before. I've no idea whay Anand doesn't sell promotional merchandise.....I'd be pround to buy and wear anything with his name on it!

this way, whenever we go shopping, there is no need for price match or coupon or any other saving scheme.

This is just what I thought. There is a demand for it right? So if the stuff was cheap enough, and what little profit there was went into admirable causes.. who wouldn't buy an Anand-approved thong? . Sorry if I brought it up again and I shouldn't have or something.
