What would it be? Car has to be stock, from any year..and it has to be a car..no motorcycles.

You planning to commit a crime?

How are you going to outrun the helicopters?

How about a Ford GT?

Also, as a poster suggested, helicopters would be a problem (if you live in an urban area which has a police helicopter).

A nissan twin-turbo 300zx will destroy any camaro the police have to chase you with... DONT FORGET TO SLIME YOUR TIRES THOUGH! Those road spikes can do some damage to tires so make sure you have slime, and a hostage if your goin to go all out. A hostage so that they dont think of any crazy things to do. Also make sure your 25 miles near the Canada/Mexico border for EZ escape.

an extremely souped-up accord that looks completely stock on the outside

if they don't have your license plate, you're basically home free
blow 'em by, and then sneak into normal traffic

Corvette

Factory tires are Z rated, engine has coolers on just about everything to take the high speeds at long times.

Some kind of car with completely rubber filled tires so the spikes don't stop them. I would say one of those original Diesel Hummers.
