Make the snow blower itself be a multi purpose tool with removable attachments kind of like a tractor. The auger part is removable and you can add all sorts of other attachments to it, like a mini fork lift or even mini excavator. The powerhead just runs a hydraulic pump. Make it into a year round multi tool!

I ask for 5% royalty for the idea.

They make a lawn mower as well.

Hell, they sell a 4-in-1 package.

That was kind of the point for the OP, a machine that could do it all.

Seems like that would greatly add to the cost, though I could see limiting it to only attachments with the same orientation of rotation like a tiller attachment, then don't need the hydraulics, though it would probably need a more robust transmission.

Shortening grass is probably the thing I most hate in life. I see robotic mowers, and think "Hmm...". I then imagine the reality, as opposed to the glamor shots from the companies. Mower stalls out, or gets trapped on a rock. Mower runs away cause it's guidance system went foobar. Small animals I'd have avoided with my $70 consignment shop special get mowed over. Repair bills for anything start at $100, and climb sharply from there. Little shit constantly breaking, requiring me to be an active participant. All the time I save not walking around the yard like a dumbass gets taken up by the care and feeding of a robot.

Nevermind the ~$6k pricetag! I might do $6k if I were guaranteed many years of flawless service, but I suspect the service is as reliable as AI search results.

Sounds like a toro dingo.

Also kinda like the old gravely 2 wheel tractor.

Can't help but think of this when I see the word "dingo".

Yeah those robotic lawnmowers don't look all that great. Although a FPV one that you can manually operate while sitting inside your air conditioned home could be fun.
