IDE RAID 0, Cluster Size, Stripe Size, and WinXP

I have 2 40GB 7200 ATA100 HDD. I want to set them up in RAID 0, and create 2 NTFS partitions. I want the 1st partition to be 12GB, and use the rest of the space for the second one. What is the best cluster, and stripe size for performance?

I want to install WinXP Pro. How do I specify what cluster size to use when creating, and formatting my partitions is XP setup. If I dont do it in setup, what tool should I use to do it?
