IDE partitions: what did I do wrong the first time? (I'm asking you...I've no idea!)

Whoa that's a HELL of waste of hard drive space Mike :)

Who am I to judge, if it's what you want to do then that's fine...

Michael, I set up my two ibm 60GXP 40 gbers in raid 0 as four drives (c.d.e.f).
'c' @ 7 gb (win me, core apps like vid card software, sb liveware, directx, logitech mouseware....note "my documents" is on d drive
'd' @ 20 gb (productivity apps like ms office, winzip etc and this is where I keep folders of downloads and drivers)
'e' @ 5 gb (only unshared drive on home network of 5 computers; contains MS Money, financial crap)
'f' @ ~45 gb (games baby, games; also use it for network file transfers/backups)
