You didn't say what OS you're running. If you're on Win2K or XP you could try rolling back the drivers. It's an option under the Drivers tab for the particular device in Device Manager. If you're on Win9x, you could try to uninstall the drivers , then reboot and let Windows re-detect the device and ask for the driver disk. Be careful if you do the second option. I've had about a 66% success rate.
