I have two different IC's that I need to know what they are.

Markings are ND 949576-1110 2618-5G
The other is ND 949576-1100 2617-5G

These date to 86 or so.

16 pin dip sorry I figure they are some kind of gates.
This thing works on the princible of if there is a signal say from the throtle switch or o2 sensor a signal is produced to the carb vacuum control module.
