So why won't he submit to Olympic-style testing to fight Mayweather? That's the only thing preventing that fight from happening.

I want to see a scientific justification for what steroids that can be used between 21 days prior to the fight that won't show up in a blood test right after the fight.
Here is my issue. Pac said he would take blood tests up to 21 days prior to the fight and one right after the fight. I do not know one steroid that could be hidden in that window.
I am happy to be proven wrong but I just don't think there is anyway to hide in that timeframe.
So Mayweather wanting anything beyond that is just being a coward. People say that Pac should just step up are obviously ignoring the fact that most fighters are routine oriented people. They don't want their routine screwed up especially before a fight. Tons of fighters are very superstitious, and I believe Pacman is.
So show me how he could be hiding steroids from a blood test in those 21 days.
This sums his career up nicely.

The knockout punch at 9:00 is the most awesome slowmotion punch ive ever seen. Like one of the comments said, "his punches are fast even in slow motion!"
For the record Shane Mosley agreed to this term, and oddly enough he fought Floyd. Mosley is a better boxer than Pacman IMHO. Mayweather is definitely #1 by a huge margin though. Mayweather isn't scared of anyone that's retarded. Watch the dude in any interview he believes every word he says about being the best ever. And boxing experts universally say the same shit he does. Both fights have a lot to lose if they lose this fight. But regardless of the outcome Mayweather's considered the best technical boxer ever and even a loss here wouldn't change that fact.
