Id like an opinion on this ram: Crucial Vs. Buffalo

I was a diehard crucial fan until this year when I went to upgrade, and they were only offering CL3 modules. I've heard some good things about the buffalo winbond, although your link is broken.

a opinion? You're going to get many I'm sure. On the N Forcy's I would think it's always best to match the RAM for dualing although differnt ones will wotk, Crucial has good Customer Support for their LT Mem and I've seen Coupons + free shipping to lower the Cost.

I would probably go with Crucial to match it up with your existing Crucial ram,Buffalo should work fine as well,as to Crucial customer support all I can say is they rock!!!

As long as you get winbond Buffalo I'd probably get that. But it doesn't really matter if ur going to pair it with some crucial anyways does it? Just get the buffalo since its $20 cheaper should run fine but if not return it...

I think Buffalo is extremely underrated in the memory department. They make some quality products at very low prices.

Crucial owns all... none better for stability as far as industry standards are concerned. I wouldn't use anything else in a mission-critical environment. Although if you're one of those willy-nilly overclockers looking to push memory past what it's designed for with wild color heat spreaders, this isn't your company.

Buffalo doesn't have heatspreaders.
