Just heard on CNN that some dude got in an argument with another guy in a high-rise, and threw the other guy's dog off the 23rd floor balcony and killed him. :| I'd kill him. :|
 
as would i. he would die a pretty painful death... involving a chainsaw. i really hope this guy goes to jail for a long long time and gets ass raped.

I wouldn't stop at killing him, that's for sure. The guy who threw the woman's dog into traffic got 3 years.
 
i dont havce enough info to make a decision. If the argument was over the dog biting my son and the owner not wanting to call the police, well...The dog might not have gotten flying lessons, but there WOULD be problems. However, ya, that is messed up, but I would like to know WHY they were argueing. If it was over his doormat, ya, he'd be playin fetch with the dog. *L* thats great....Play fetch with the dog.....

On a more serious note, up to how long can he be jailed? Well.. technically he "murdered" the dog, right? What kind of charges can he get for killing the dog?

i would imagine not very long, since dogs are non-human animals, and if killing non-human animals was really that bad, then one has to wonder about all the meat we eat.

but if you ask me, it should be based on what the animal meant to the person... i think many people love their pets like family, so imo, this should be punishable by death. but that is just my opinion.
 
I completely agree. There is nothing more innocent than an animal in this world. If a human being kills an animal on purpose, s/he should be killed in a painful manner.

What do you think hamburger is made of? Throwing a damn dog off a building is pathetic but humans kill animals on purpose every second of the day.

 
I'd like to make him wear a sign saying "I killed someone else's pet dog in rage" tho. I'm sure that'll make his life miserable enough for being a shame of the society 😛

i agree. this guy deserves to either get life or death penalty not because he killed an animal, but because he killed an animal for no good reason, out of anger, and a desire to create pain. such a person should not be in our society.

I just smacked a few mosquitoes that were flying around a light. I smacked my windshield into about a billion bugs driving in the suburbs. Do I deserve to die?

How about this? I ordered a steak at a diner today. That means, I was indirectly murdering that cow! Do I deserve to die?
