ID an oldies/classic-ish rock song

Help! I can't get the tune out of my head! I have no idea what the lyrics are aside from:

"tally ho! whoaa-oaaaa-oaaa"

It's got a strong guitar sound in the beginning. Kind of like "revving up" the chords that accompany the rest of the song. If you listen to an oldies/classic rock station (think Styx and Journey) for a few hours, this song will probably come up.

Nah- it's not Crazy Train. The "rev" isn't as long or hard as crazy train's.

Haha- Hocus Pocus is crazy. It's not quite the song though. The intro (as I remember it) is only maybe 10-15 seconds and it's a slower song than Hocus Pocus. Man, I suck at describing music.
