ICS -vs- NAT

Can someone please tell me the pros and cons of ICS vs NAT? Don't they both achieve the same objective? Why would I need the configurability and flexibilty of NAT? I'm thinking that NAT uses more overhead as well??

My simple answer:
If you havw win98 go with NAT
If you have win2K go with ICS
If you have Linux you are on your own 🙂
Basically, ICS in win2k is really nice, but it's not so nice in win98. I would suggest NAT32 or Sygate with win98. Hope that is simple enough
As Always,
