ICS does it share E-mails?

Does ICS on Windows 2000 pro machines serve E-mail application sharing as well.
And what are the required settings to make this move possible?

AFAIK, all ICS does is move bits from here to there. So, no.

So is there any available alternative other than Wingate that could resolve this problem?

Can you be more specific as to what your trying to do? (I'm reading it as have all emails show up/duplicated on multiple systems, is that what you meant?)
