ICQ History Messed & Outlook Attachments Unreadable

Windows 2000 Pro SP2 w/ all hotfixes (fresh install last week)
Office 2000 SP2
ICQ latest version.

Apparently my attachments recently sent from Outlook 2000 are not readable.

Also, my fresh install of ICQ, ALL of my history (it is a new install, but with my existing UIN, so he history is empty) is garbled characters like Webdings.

Anyone seen this or have any suggestions?

There is a dbconverter for ICQ if it can fix the contact list and history it will. If not, they are toast per ICQ support.
 
DBconverter is the tool used to fix messed up histories and messages, so you could re-run it, also the new ICQ has an archived directory that stores old DB on a regular basis.
