ICQ hang when using ATA 100?

I'm currently using a IBM75GXP 15Gigger. I installed everything in the drive when I was on the ATA66 port. After everything was installed. I switched to the ATA100 port and everythign was okie until I tried to load my ICQ, it hung on me after reading the harddrive. Any ideas? Or should I format the drive and install WinME again? Anyway, I'm using a Asus A7V board. 😉

Do whatever you can of these
Reboot, upgrade ICQ, run Windows Update, upgrade your chipset drivers...
