I have a Intel DP35DPM Mainboard with an intel e6850 and the bios is showing the ICH temp as hovering around 90 Degrees Celsius. Now I know that is REALLY hot. But the system hasn't crashed or done anything unusual. Has anyone else had a similar problem and should I really worry about it until the system starts acting funny?

I have this problem also. Mine is in the low 80's though but i live in England.

Intel tools does not see this as a problem, but only time will tell i suppose.

If you go in the bios and disable integrated features that run on the ICH : audio, networking, some sata and usb channels (can you?), what's the result? Can you lower voltage and FSB?

I can't believe that a basic mobo needs more heatpipes than a Harley to run cool.
