Eh, this one doesn't help the defense out very much either ...

Also, the video clearly showing her turning the wheel away completely undercuts the claim of "she was coming right for him".

They leaked the video to a far right outlet thinking it would help them. These people are so steeped in their own brain rot. Walz was right: these guys are weird, and not weird in the artsy fun way, but weird in the creepy pedophile strange hobbies stay away from way, and those things are highly repellent to the mainstream electorate.

They released this because they think it exonerates them and that it's awesome. An opinion the public at large is unlikely to share. But that's what happens when everyone you know are nazis hanging out at the nazi bar.

And another interesting point is that it's not body cam footage. It's from his cell phone. Meaning he was supposedly fearing for his life, and also somehow willing to give up a free hand to record on his phone.

I know, logic isn't their thing.

The fact that that they are recording their own cell phone footage when they should (or do) have body cams is weird. They're definitely doing this for their weird Internet friends because they are freaks.

Yeah, tell me there's going to be a meaningful election by 2028.
After they use their hundreds of billions of dollars to recruit more Nazi SS.
They can talk all they want about that stuff. They don't have the manpower.

We need only look back in history: now, Hitler and Mussolini don't have some magic ratio for loyal security to population, but it was much higher than what Trump will likely ever be able to muster.

There are more of us than them, and the more the freaks at ICE and CBP react like freaks, the more normal people will become activated to stand against this nonsense. The US doesn't have a lived history of being under a violent regime nonresponsive to voters: people here won't stand for that, and you should try to give them more credit (the changes and movements aren't going to happen at the speed of posting).

Psychiatric / background checks in order?

Past history of shooter.

Psycho-Agent Ross on his previous (non-fatal) shooting, "I fired 5 rounds and she had 7 holes. Put that in your book boys,”

Let's stop putting guns and the power of life and death in the hands of obviously certifiable fucking lunatics.

Uhh....from your linked article....

Border Patrol agent Charles Exum exited the car, and fired five shots from his service weapon at Martinez.

Small excerpt from text :
"
Federal prosecutors have dismissed criminal charges against Marimar Martinez, who was charged with assaulting federal immigration agents, one of whom shot her multiple times during a vehicle incident in Brighton Park last month.

Martinez, who was struck several times, drove to a repair shop about a mile away, according to federal prosecutors. Martinez was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where she received treatment for gunshot wounds, according to a statement from federal prosecutors.
"

Those ICE guys sure love to shoot women.

If Dems takeover in 2026/28 we might as well have a Constitutional convention. Republicans don’t follow the current Constitution and laws anyway and Trump has exposed all the flaws of the current version so maybe time for a redo?
Dems won't take over in 2028, that's the whole point of Trump building ICE into a personal army loyal to him. So he can steal the election and have a massive gang of killers to slaughter the people who riot for their democracy. If there is a transfer of power the regime will not let it be peaceful. In which case we're a new nation emerged from civil war with hopefully a much better constitution and a hell of a lot better leaders than the Democratic party.

Look across the world to find current examples of an oppressed people. I mean, the Russian people would rather be pressed into a meat grinder. For torture and death. Before they lift a finger against their oppressor. North Koreans, Chinese, etc. The world is full of examples of tyranny working. Western Civilization is the exception to human history. Our people being enslaved would merely be a return to normal. That's the problem I see.

We may be the exception... but what is going to ensure that our Democracy continues?

That is what I do not see. Depending on the level of oppression, it'd take a civil war. Some real ugly shit. And whoever wins is going to be a mass killer. Nothing like the politicians we have known our entire lives. The oppression is escalating, and the capacity for our system to course correct itself feels limited. Especially when one man is allowed to control all the strings. Government has become allegiant to one, instead of allegiant to the people. We have a King, now it is a question if we are still allowed an actual vote to change the King. Seems like wishful thinking.

Don't get me wrong, we have little choice to but rely on that slim hope. Going solo will not help anyone. Any actual rebellion needs organization. It needs a Governor who commands armed forces. Not sure any of them are built for that. We need a General holding office. A man of integrity and strength with the balls of steel needed to say no to tyranny. We need people we can stand with to protect our rights as they used to exist under the Constitution. And make no mistake, after saying no, holding the line, and protecting the people, it'll take mere days for Delta Force to come for them just like Maduro.

There is a system of oppression.
Where is the system to resist?
Who will mass arrest ICE as a terrorist organization and hold them accountable?

Consider reading what I wrote again to better understand my position. The key point being "lived history". Russia, China - these were not thriving democracies with generational knowledge of voting for representation and following what we would term "the rule of law".

I do not see it. I do not know it.
All I see are Americans obeying and sitting idle as others get shot. Myself included.

There is a secondary pattern here.
Remember the string pullers fully believe their own cool aid, that AI will take all the jobs come the next few years.

So they really dont need you anymore, thus, not democracy.

Recall this piece ?

"Peter Thiel Is Taking a Break From Democracy"

"I no longer believe that freedom and democracy are compatible"

So the fuckers are planning on toppling US.
I have a thread about it.
