Allegedly the victim rammed their vehicle into an ICE vehicle, and then tried to flee. ICE shot and killed the victim.

Eyewitness statement said that the driver was stopped in the street, trying to turn around and the ICE agent fired multiple rounds into the windshield causing the (shot) driver to lose control.
