I have an ice cream maker on order being delivered this week. Can't wait to try it out. Been researching ice cream, sorbet and italian ice recipes for a few days now.

Ahhhh why dont people make there own anymore? I mean yeeah your arm get tired cranking the handle but its so worth it.

How do you guys make homemade ice cream? I am afraid to learn cause then I'll make it 24/7, eat it 24/7 and become a fatass 🙂

I don't have a machine myself, but they are very easy to use. The only problem you may run into is that you can't add too much alchahol because the freezing point is too low, oh well :evil:
