Ice Cream vs. Sherbert

i like both, and there is a time and place for each.

I just mad some of my own sorbet as an after meal palate cleanser. It is made with dried hibiscus flowers that are steeped in hot water, sugar is added then frozen. Very refreshing. I like sorbet more than sherbert and LOVE ice cream, i am fond of soft serve usually unless it is really good hard serve that is fresh!

Every package I've ever purchased only had one "r" in the name.

Only when it's spelled correctly.

Same here. What the heck is "sherbert"? Maybe it's from Westconsin, mine as well be for all intensive purposes, but the pole was redicurous.

Oh...I haven't had sherbet in ages. Got to get some.

Orange is pretty wonderful, but raspberry is better.
