Ice Cream Soup?

I was at a friends, and he had a bowl of ice cream sitting on the counter, just melting. He was making ice cream soup.

WTF?!?!


Who the heck came up with Ice Cream Soup?



Sorry, just upset at the waste of perfectly good ice cream.

freeze ice cream with liquid nitrogen... then dip it in batter, and drop it in boiling oil.
