I just bought an ice cream maker and would like to get suggestions for ice cream recipes. Any flavor will be good.
 
How about a salmon sorbet...raw of course?

throw salmon, wasabi, and 3 tble spoon of soy sauce into the ice cream maker, press "Make Icecrem" button.
