Its been pretty cold these past few weeks where I am. Lately ice/frost has been forming on the inside of the windsheild and windows....just wondering if this is normal? I don't really seem to see to many cars with this happening to them. My car is also pretty new (less than a year), which makes me wonder if there might be something I need to get checked out at the dealership. Anyone have any insight?

Yes it is normal. It is normal condensation that forms on the window and freezes. My car doesn't have heat, so it happens to me really bad. The condensation from my breath freezes almost instantly to the windshield when it is really cold.

I guess its one of those things that comes with street parking. I'm usually parked in garages, so I don't usually notice.

I am going to assume you drive short distances on a daily basis, take the vehicle out for a good cruise with the heat on full, some vehicles have poor ventilation to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).

get better heaters, hmmm the warmth from a cast iron V8 with extractors should do the trick, but don't put your feet to close to the firewall!
