Just got the e-mail today stating my membership will not be renewed unless I change my plan, since the plans no longer offer unlimited in-store exchange for total access unless your willing to pay 24.99 instead of the standard 17.99/mo for the standard 3out plan. Having the ability to exchange all my movies at the local store was the only reason I ditched Netflix. Now its going to be a hard decision to accept the limited in-store exchange, or go back to Netflix to stick it to Blockbuster.
Did everyone get this, or are they doing this to "select" customers???
