For IC7-Max3, how noisy OTES would be? Will it be as loud as ABIT northbridge cooler at full speed?
For P4C800-E D, how's voltage regulation? When I used P4P800, I was shocked because its unstable voltage regulation. Is P4C800-E D fixed this problem?
And for both, is there any well-known problem for them, like USB problem for P4P800? And overall, which one do you think better choice, since they are about the same price range.
