IC7-Max II Adv BIOS FREEZE

This just started the other day. I restarted my computer, and right at the RAM check, it locks for about 10 minutes. Then it boots as normal and no effect in windows. I've done many tests on ram and whatever, but everything passes. Did I catch a virus in the CMOS?
