IBM t30 Wireless

I have an ibm t30 laptop. i want to put wireless into it, but i want to use a mini pci card for the wireless becuase i want to put a card reader into the pcmcia slot. i read online a bit about ibm disabling wireless cards that are not ibm cards and that it is hit or miss with anything else. does anyone have any experience with this msi card

this seems cheaper then the pcmcia cards and it seems like a good one, i dont need anything fancy. i just want to make sure it is compatible. i sent an email to MSI tech suppport, but i have not heard anything back from them yet so i figured i would see if anyone here knew. so if anyone knows whether or not it works i would appreciate it. thanks.

btw i also posted this in the Notebook forum but i only got 5 views there is like 3 hours so i decided to try general hardware since it seems more active.
