IBM Model M keyboard, Spanish layout wanted

Does anyone have an idea on where I can find an IBM Model M keyboard with a Spanish language layout (104 keys)?

Have you looked on http://www.pckeyboard.com - they are supposed to be making new ones on the original IBM/Lexmark design. Not cheap, but if that's what you want, there is where to get them. Check out the "Space Saver" and all the "Customizer" versions.

Check out http://clickykeyboards.com/. Spanish keyboards are harder to find, but this site occaisionally has German and Spanish ones available (they're currently listing an early 80's rare F-series). I highly recommend them, having bought my 1995 82G2383 Model M from them.
