IBM I390 lcd replacement

I have a cracked LCD on my IBM laptop. At a recent swap meet I ran into a guy who had a pile of
LCD....So when I returned home I started to dis assemble laptop. I removed all the screws I could
but still could not seperate the screen from main board.
Question#1....What am I missing?
Question#2....Do you know who the manufacture is?
Question#3 Do you know of a good vendor to contact?

Any personal experience relating to this subject is welcome.

If the LCD bezel has screws take them out, then pry around the edge between the front and back parts of the bezel
