IBM HD RMA

Anyone familiar with IBM's RMA process.
I have a 18gig GXP that just got bad sectors.
I faxed them a while back with the RMA information they requested but no response.

Call them.

That is what I did, and I revieved an RMA number within hours. And 2 weeks later a replaced 6.5 GB drive. This was 2 yrs ago
