Ibm deskstar 60gxp and 75gxp

hello, i just bought two ibm deskstar 60gxp 20gig HD and will be useing raid 0 on a 1.2ghz athlon. Is is there that big of a diff between 60gxp and the 75gxp?

well...the 60 gxp is newer, a little faster and it is more reliable than the 75 gxp...they were failing all over not too long ago

GO with the 60GXP. They'll never fail you. The RMA rate of 75GXP is way too high and I just had one died on me a week back. 🙂

i use a 75gxp as a storage drive, and i'm starting to get worried about losing my data. I keep hearing all these stories...

i've had my 75gxp for over a year so far so i'm sure it won't get to failing. the ones that have failed have failed quickly and also, the 75gxp were the most popular drive back then.
