IBM 60GXP Crapped out on me! What to do? I need the RMA # if possible!

ok, i thought my mobo crapped out on me. sent it back, got a new one. and it only now occured that all of the ide drives showed up and they worked flawlessly. then i got to thinking its probably the hdd. so i try to install windows, same thing. freezes up at 34% into installation.

can anyone give me the # to get a rma?

and also, i cant even install windows onto the hdd so i cant run their test.

will they still rma the hdd?
