I just RMA'd a 40gb and this is the one they returned to me. I decided I really didn't need 160gb of drive space so the smallest drive is going. 🙂 The static bag is unopened, the serial number is different from the drive I returned (so it's not simply repaired,) and I will ship in the IBM approved box and shock absorption materials, via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days.)
